George Holtzman - REALTOR ®, ASSOCIATE BROKER

George has been in Real Estate for over 49 years. Opened Holtzman in 1978 and franchised Coldwell Banker in 1984. He has also served as the Hinesville Board of Realtors, president in 1981 and President of the Georgia Association of Realtors in 1993. George was appointed by Governor Zell Miller to the Georgia Real Estate Commission in 1993, and eventually appointed by 2 subsequent governors until his retirement from the commission in 2012. He has been an active member in the community as past president of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce, The Association of the United States Army, and the Hinesville Rotary Club. George has a Wife, Son, Daughter in law, and 2 beautiful Grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening and making BBQ with family and friends.
